All products currently sold through George’s Countryside Lens are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped at this time.
Once your purchase has been completed, your digital files will be made available for download immediately through the checkout confirmation page and/or sent to the email address provided during purchase.
If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
Download Access
Purchased digital files are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.
Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct, as download links and order confirmations will be sent to this address.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
File Formats
Digital products are supplied in high-quality downloadable formats suitable for personal printing, display, or digital use, depending on the product purchased.

Shipping Charges
As all current products are delivered digitally, no shipping fees are charged.
Future Physical Products
George’s Countryside Lens may offer physical prints and photography products in the future. Shipping information for physical products will be added to this policy if and when physical fulfilment becomes available.
